How We Make Each One-of-a-Kind Pair
A look inside our workshop
Step 1: Select the Hide
We use 100% surplus cowhide—each with its own markings, textures, and tones. Our team cuts pieces by hand to preserve the beauty of the material.
Step 2: Shape the Upper
The hide is carefully shaped and reinforced with a soft suede lining, then finished with leather trim for structure and durability.
Step 3: Mold the Footbed
We use a cork base that naturally molds to the shape of your foot over time. Comfort that gets better with wear.
Step 4: Assemble the Sole
A durable rubber outsole is added for grip and flexibility—perfect for walking city streets or catching your next flight.
Step 5: Finish by Hand
Edges are hand-smoothed, and each pair is checked for fit and feel before being packed for its journey.
